Some players don't play

Plex plays fine on certain players, but not on others. When I watch on my phone it works fine. When I try to watch on my computer it doesn’t. I cannot figure out why. I’ve tried other servers and they work fine on all devices. Is there a setting I am missing or a setup step I missed?
