Some video stall on playback with Plex app on Samsung QA50Q8

Problem occurs with both wired and wireless network connections.
The same videos play with no problem on my Samsung QA55Q6 and my Samsung Galaxy Note10.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app a number of times but the problem persists,
