@CWallace Thank you for responding! In my case, rolling the server back and trying the latest beta did not fix the problem but rolling the Windows player app back to version 1.84.1.4069-ff740b6d did fix the problem. I guess I need to be a bit more cautious about updates going forward. -Mark
