Dear plex support
I just bought a brand new nvidia shield tv 2019. I updated the shield to the latest android tv and i also updated plex to the latest version. I noticed that sometimes when i select a tv show or movie to play. That i only get too see the background picture. But no menu with the play button or settings button etc. So i am unable to play the selected media. I try then to push the back button on my remote and try to select the media again. To make it short a have to do this several times before i can play the media.
Can you please help with this or fix this.
