Sonos Can Search and Play But Not Browse

Player Version#: 4.146.0
I am running my Plex server on a Synology DS920+. I have Plex as a service in Sonos. Sonos always reports “unable to browse music”. However, I can search for an artist or album and Plex/Sonos will play it. So, I know the music is available. Why can’t I browse?
