Sonos S1 says "unable to browse music"

I have Plex running on my Synology NAS (DS-916+) but when I try to use Plex as a service within my Sonos Controller S1 it reports “unable to browse music”. Other services such as Amazon Music are working fine - only Plex fails.

Any suggestions?

Server Version#:4.132.2
Player Version#:11.14 (Sonos S1)
