SONOS cannot find my music library /remote acces

I’ve got a problem with SONOS and Plex.
I have a new internetprovider a new modemrouter and now, while everything seems to be okay, SONOS cannot find my Plex music library.
I know my NAS (Synology ) has a new IP-number so I changed this in the networkmapping.
But still SONOS cannot find it.

Also there is a problem with remote access. In the settingsmenu of Plex I see that there is no remote access. So I pushed the button to reset this and one second it is green and then again it stoppend (with a red cross).
