Sony Android TV - Plex Crashes all the time

Android TV Plex app crashes constantly when trying to play .WMV files. How does one report this issue and get resolution to this type of issue. Same files play with no issues on PC app.

Log files do not even seem to show the crash. App crashes back to Main app screen on Android TV.

Anyone else seeing this happen?

Is this really not an issue others are seeing. I wiped out everything and started over - full reset on the TV, new install of the app on the TV. It then worked for about 20 minutes and then started crashing again about every 3 videos it tried to play. It clearly has to be an issue with the Android TV app I would assume.
