Has there been any further information on this as i am suffering too a re-install of the app does work but only once. as soon as you close the app and open again it crashes

I’m having the same issue over the last couple weeks. If I uninstall it will work once. Then every time I open it, it will crash during launch back to the android tv menu. Same versions as listed above.

I, too, am having this issue. soft reseting the device sometimes allows it to kick over to the UI from the loading screen. I am going to try reinstalling the app on the tv at some point. Totally an App issue that happened with a recent update, and Plex should fix ASAP… The silence over this is deafening. Makes me wonder why I keep paying… Maybe I won’t if it’s not fixed in the next 2 days…

I seem to be having the same issue as well . Tried starting the app from the app store which worked oddly when the main menu wouldn’t launch the app. removing the app and installing it again seemed to temporarily resolve it for me. Side note it seems to think that its not on the same local network …

interesting note, my Sony bravia (that has been having the problem) just ran a new system update, and plex has started working again.
