could this be related to the issue im having with my sony tv x900f? Android TV (Sony x900f 4k TV) and cropped 4k media
Are you using display mode Original or Letterbox? When i use Letterbox on my tv with 4k media, it seems it triggers downscaling to 1080p on the app side (not on server) and i get buffering every few seconds, when i use original, theres no buffering but my 4k videos get cropped.
