For about the last week (I think the app updated on the tv) whenever it goes to play the next episode of anything show we just get an infinite load circle (never goes away) if we hit back and play again it works perfect until the next episode. It only started doing this on the Sony XBR-55X950H . Laptop, iPad, Samsungs all play the next episode fine. Things checked great internet connection, unplugged tv for 10 mins, re-install app, make sure latest version of tv firmware installed. this is not an intermittent issue it will not play the next episode of anything just shows the load circle until you hit back button.
