I have a curious problem with one of my movies. The movie starts playing normally but after 1-2 minutes the sound goes away (= no sound anymore). When I then stop the movie and start/resume it, it works again for a few minutes until it goes silent again.
The sound is DTS 5.1 and seeminly gets transcoded to AAC (according to the PLEX dashboard in PMS).
I restarted PMS and have enclosed fresh PMS logs when the problem occurs around 20:45:38 (about 10 seconds before the logs end)
I am also experiencing the same issue. The problem is with the server version.
I just did a fresh installation of 1.24.3.5033 and the issue is not there. It must be introduced in one of the later versions!
Plex guys, acknowledge this, please, it’s very annoying. A lot of my videos drop out the audio.
