South Park randomly ended season 27 and created a new season 28 after only 5 episodes. TVdB and TMDB have been updated to reflect this, will it just be a few days for the Plex Agent to sync up, or does something manual have to be done on the Plex side?
Have you tried adding Season 28 episodes?
If so, did Plex Media Server add them properly?
watch.plex.tv (free streaming service) already shows season 28.
I have…it wasn’t syncing. If I put it as episode 6 of s27 it was working. I manually refreshed and changed the agent at the show level to be sure and it was still blank. I just tried again, and now it’s showing. Shoulda just waited before posting..
Others were having the issue, so just felt I’d post to check.
Plex Dance the Season 27 and 28 episodes. That will clear out any incorrect matching information from the Plex database (they will also appear as newly added episodes when you return them to the server).
I added the files below to my server. Plex correctly recognized both of them. It did not matter if I chose TMDB or TVDB (Aired) episode ordering.

It’s fine now….I did all that before I posted. Maybe the agent updated between the time I tested and you first responded, or my server was just being weird. Thanks though.
