Spanish subtitles problem with accent mark

Hi, anyone knows how to fix this?, only happens in plex player, if I open this subtitles en vlc for example isn’t problem with the accent mark parts, but in plex does, when I want to watch the movie in the ps4 with plex this happens, any solution?

Your subtitle files must use the UTF-8 text encoding.
The older 8-bit encodings won’t work.
