Ideally the naming should be ShowName – s01e01 – Optional_Info.ext but ShowName s01e01 Optional_Info.ext should also work. I bet ShowName_s01e01_Optional_Info.ext is messing things up. I would fixup ALL files from all seasons and then plex dance the show.
