Where did the Split Apart option disappear to? I just added Hunger Games Mockingjay 1 & 2 and Plex keeping merging them. The Split Apart function is no where to be seen, no matter how I name the files.

It’s still there for me for merged movies using the hosted web app.
If “-Part n” is an official part of the movie’s title, you must avoid that the file name ends with exactly this.
That is easy to do if you stick to the Plex naming guidelines, which require you to add the release year in parentheses immediately after the title. https://support.plex.tv/articles/naming-and-organizing-your-movie-media-files/
