Splitting TV Series (Chi's Sweet Home)

Hi-
I’m having an issue with one of my Anime Series (Chi’s Sweet Home).
The first 100 episodes are loading in correctly, but episodes 101-104 are being marked as duplicates of episodes 1-4.

Should I just change the naming of the episodes from 001 - 104 to S01E1 to S01-E104? Would that help Plex sort it out?

I would recommend waiting until TheTVDB completes their rollback and restoration.

Problems you are seeing now, which should not have happened, may very well be due to their problems.

Your 3-digit numbering is correct and PMS will use it. Without expressly retesting it, I would first suspect TheTVDB. Once it proves stable again (however that turns out), we can proceed from there. There is no sense in trying to match an unknown and changing target.

Always use the Plex way of naming files.

For episode and season numbers, always pad them to 2-digit (except when they are larger, ofc).

OK-
TVDB rollback didn’t change anything.
However, changing the naming convention to S01E01 (except for episodes over 99, which were S01E100 etc) seemed to get it to recognize the 104 episodes/

Waiting to see if it grab the episode names still.
