@ChuckPa Would you please check my certificate too, please?
Thank you!
Can you please reset my certificate too, please
Thank You!
Can you please check my cert as well. Thanks.
Reset mine too please.
Reset. Restart the Server
Reset your certificate.
Be careful with your Preferences.xml . It looks like you reinstalled (?) yesterday. You have two servers with the same name
Restart your server
Please let me know if resetting solves the problem
Thank you, @ChuckPa
Unfortunately that didn’t solve the remote access problem.
Hi ChuckPa would you be so kind and reset my cert.
Remote access works for a check then turns red and fails
I saw that last night. The whole system is still settling down.
The new cert is going to have to work its way through all the servers. Give it some time please.
I’ll go ask the team again.
Okay, understood.
Thank you for your help @ChuckPa !
Hi ChuckPa,
When you have a moment could you be so kind and reset my cert - getting a Remote access issue.
Thank you in advance
Thanks.
Reset both. They were caught in “Generating” state.
Thanks for the help and the amazing thing you do ChuckPa! looks like it’s working now. Let’s hope it doesn’t go red.
I could make a somewhat biased statement here about modem/routers
I only say this because I see everyone struggling but I’ve never had an issue with it which I attribute to my choice (pfSense)
2 Servers? i see only one, yes Yesterday i checked all, what have i to do in the preferences.xml to delete the second, sorry but i din’t see it
From the team:
They are working on Remote Access right now.
They see it.
NJF and NJF-1 ?
