Star Wars - Attack of the Clones: Won't recognize behind the scenes content

I am adding behind the scenes content to all my star wars films and have successfully added to each one except Attack of the Clones for some reason. It will not recognize any of the extras even though I am using the same naming convention as the other 8 films. Any help on this would be amazing…

Example Naming:
/Star Wars Attack of the Clones (2002)
/Deleted Scenes-behindthescenes

Server Version#: 1.20.3.3483
Player Version#:

Can you share the exact naming you’ve been using for Attack of the Clones?
That mix of Deleted Scenes and -behindthescenes looks a bit suspicious / contradicting

There are (21) behind the scenes files, and yes the example I chose probably was not the most ideal.

Here are other files I have:

A Jigsaw Puzzle-behindthescenes
Across The Stars-behindthescenes
R2D2 Beneath The Dome-behindthescenes
Reel 6-behindthescenes

Again, these all show up on other films using the same naming, just not this one for some reason. I have refreshed, rescanned, etc but does not show up.

Those names look ok (assuming you have them in the movie’s main folder (as per your 1st example).
Did you add those extras after you had already added the main movie? If so… have you tried refreshing the metadata for Attack of the Clones? – local extras are detected by the (local media assets) agent… not the scanner. If the movie had already been scanned and didn’t change, Plex might simply see no need to even scan any other files in that folder.

Yes. Main movie was already there prior to adding extras. I did try refreshing the metadata for Attack of the Clones. Didn’t work…

Can you attempt performing a “Plex Dance”?

Completed. Still no luck.

Just to get this straight…
Your folders/files are structure/named like this?

Movies <- the folder linked to your Plex movie library
Star Wars - Attack of the Clones (2002)
Star Wars - Attack of the Clones (2020).ext
    A Jigsaw Puzzle-behindthescenes.ext
    Across The Stars-behindthescenes.ext
    R2D2 Beneath The Dome-behindthescenes.ext
    Reel 6-behindthescenes.ext

Where .ext is your file extension.
Speaking of those… what file types are we talking about?
Do those files show up as duplicates of the main movie or somewhere else in your library?

When you did the Plex Dance… did you remove the entire Star Wars - Attack of the Clones (2002) folder?

It finally worked. I went through the files again to make sure I titled them all correctly and noticed that one file had a capital ‘B’ instead of a lower case ‘b’ for the ‘behindthescenes’ labeling. I am not sure if this solved it or if the Plex Dance did the trick and just needed a few refreshes. I did a metadata refresh immediately after changing the B to a b and it added all the files.
