Still can’t find audio settings

Hi someone please help I have read numerous posts regarding this and I still can’t find the audio settings, I really need to offset audio as all my content is out of sync.
macOS with web Plex media server
Tried full screen, tv mode but only can find playback settings
I’m using Plex Media Player but still no audio settings

Preparation: make sure that the delay is not caused by a setting in your AVR, TV or soundbar.

  1. switch to the TV mode
  2. Play a video
  3. determine the picture refresh rate of the current video (depends on whether you have ‘Allow Display mode switching’ activated. You can use CTRL+Shift+D to toggle a diagnosis screen which will tell you the actually used refresh rate.)
  4. Use the keyboard combos Alt+A and Alt+Shift+A to increase/decrease audio delay until you have found your perfect number. Note it down, together with the used refresh rate.
  5. repeat the process with other videos. Preferably which are using different refresh rates, so you have all cases represented.
  6. Now compare the delay values for the various refresh rates.
    Open the file plexmediaplayer.conf in a text-editor.
If there are identical delay values for all refresh rates, put the value into sections > video > "audio_delay.normal": 0,
    If they are different, use the "audio_delay.24hz": 0, "audio_delay.25hz": 0, "audio_delay.50hz": 0, lines additionally
