Still PHOTOS not working!

Four months passed from my previous post, and still no help (post was also closed):

Error displaying photos + no new media detection

I’ve upgraded my Synology NAS from DSM 6 to DSM 7. Plex sort of reverted to a previous version of data, with old, deleted collections reappearing, new collections disappearing, personal metadata overwritten. Now, every time I add a new movie or TV Series, Plex doesn’t process it, and it doesn’t appear. I had to manually analyze all existing movies and tv series to get detect credits and skip info. but I can’t add new stuff. Also, every time I try to open a Photo album, I get this: [Screensho…
