Stop auto mobile conversion

I’ve searched the forum for this without success so please forgive me if it’s posted and I just missed it.
I recently migrated my Plex database/files from my HTPC to a QNAP NAS. My problem is the NAS Plex keeps automatically creating mobile versions of my movies. I do not want this. I will never watch mobile versions. Now I see multiple versions of the same movie in my library.
How do I turn this off? I’ve looked through the menus and cannot find anything.
Thanks

in the Web app, click on Settings
then on the left side, scroll down to Optimized Versions
and delete all optimizer jobs there.

Or did you use the pre-existing ‘Multimedia’ shares?
Please take a look at Q14 of the QNAP FAQ

Thanks for the quick reply. I have the PMS located in a separate shared directory. It is not located in the Multimedia folder.
Unfortunately, I’m getting the dreaded Server Settings are not available message in my web app. I’ve stopped and restarted the PMS in the QNAP App Center but still can’t get to the server settings.

Two Web Clients exists:
http://<IP_Of_QNAP>:32400/web
https://app.plex.tv/desktop

Which ever you did, try the other one, and preferred with another browser

Thanks, switched to app.plex.tv/desktop and that let me into some of the server settings. Just before your reply I did a bulk delete on the @Transcode sub folders and now I no longer see the mobile versions. I’ll keep an eye on it and if another mobile version appears I’ll check for it in the optimized versions section.
