Stop closing the discussion after 90 days

Closing the discussion after 90 days on inactivity made the threads very messy,

I found more than ten discussions about deleting the photo function. but I could not add any support to any of them , so many had to open new threads for the same subject

I suggest 365 days before you close a thread

if plex response to introduce new changes may take a year , the the discussion should be open as long as plex did not introduce any action or max 1 year
