On my Galaxy S7 phone (Android), I have noticed that some movies stop syncing at 50% while other movies are fine.
I have noticed similar posts on this on other platforms but not a solution yet. Thank You
I have the same problem on my old iPAD 3. My iPhone 6 it seems to work fine. I haven’t found a reason yet. Thinking it must be an app problem with iOS9 since my 6 is on iOS10 and works fine…stupid and frustrating though.
I have the same issue on both my iphone7 and my iPad Air 3…
I solved the issue reading a post on reddit :
I just removed the app from my iphone and reinstalled it and then it works (I only tried for 1 movie)
Hope it will help the community (and the developers)
