Strange 401 returned when attempting to play live tv via Chromecast

Same thing happening to me, just in time for the Super Bowl! Cannot cast [LIVE TV] to two different Chromecast 2s, Chromecast Ultra, and a 10" Lenovo Smart Display. Server Version#: 1.24.5.5173-1 This problem only happens when I’m trying to cast Live TV to a chromecast or Nest Hub/Hub Max. No video/audio ever shows up it immediately shows the “Sorry!” error message. I’m able to cast movies and tv from my library just fine, even things that were recorded from Live TV. On server version 1.24.2.4973 (QNAP) plex hardware transcodes the HDHomeRun CONNECT DUO to my Chromecasts, but on subsequent versions it does not appear to attempt to use HW transcoding and Live TV fails without ever beginning.

Why isn’t Plex acknowleding this problem?
