Hello everyone. I noticed the strange behavior of Plex when updating images for collections.
I use PMS 1.40.5.8921 on my Synology NAS on DSM 7.2.1. I use Plex Movie Scaner and Agent, and I use collections from TMDB.
When I open a collection for editing, to choose poster and fanart, plex, in most cases, does not find any images. At the same time on TMDB they are.
For example, the collection “The Dark Knight Collection” (The Dark Knight Collection — The Movie Database (TMDB)) has 76 posters and 21 fanarts. The Plex shows only 2 - one that I installed manually, the second - an automatically created by Plex of 4 movie posters…
Only a few collections from my library show posters and fanarts from TMDB.
How do I fix this?
