I use Plex solely for music. 10k+ albums.
Refreshing library when I add new titles takes much longer. And some new titles don’t get added to library.
When this happens post your file name and a copy of your server logs ?

What I was asking for is a filename that should have been imported but wasnt just before you uploaded your server logs. Gives me something specific to search your logs for.
Looking at your logs, Im not seeing anything obviously bad with your server other than your file naming/folder structure. I would recommend seeing https://support.plex.tv/articles/200265296-adding-music-media-from-folders/
