I have a strange problem, I have put a second season of a tv program on my server. It plays on plex ios android mobile and on web. Plex player on my Android tv box will play everything else including the 1st season of this particular show, yet will not play the 2nd season at all. It will start up for a couple of seconds then just freezes, this happens on every episode of the 2nd season.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this please?
What brand/model android tv box. Is it connected to a receiver or directly to tv. What sort of audio video codecs do the files of season 2 have? Are there subtitles?

It is a T95 Mbox android 10. No subtitles, H.264 and audio aac. Same as the first season. Just can’t understand why this season plays on everything else except the box, also why every other tv show and film plays on the box but this season doesn’t.
Turn on logging, try and play it, wait for it to fail, then save the logs and post them here:

I have changed the playback quality from original to convert automatically and seems to have done the trick
