Stream doesn't start if I fast forward on my Apple TV 4. Previously, it was fine

Hi everyone! On my Apple TV 4, if I start a movie, it starts perfectly but if I fast forward a little bit, it loads the picture but doesn’t start the stream. It stops at loading.
I tried every kind of movie. FHD, HD, even SD but nothing. On my iPhone and MacBook, it’s perfect. Scrolling in every movie is smooth, only my Apple TV is bad.
Tried to turn off direct play, nothing. My server is idling. If I open the Technical details on the TV, it says: App cannot direct play this item. No direct play video profile exists for protocol http, with container mkv, and video codec h264.
It’s on 5GHz as my every other device. I tried to update Ubuntu version on my server as well but still nothing. Everything is up to date.

Is there any solution to solve it? What else should I try?

Please make certain you have DEBUG logging enabled; VERBOSE logging disabled.
(Setting - Server - General - Show Advanced)

Now, recreate it

Let it play for about 15 seconds then stop
Wait 30 seconds for all to quiesce.
Download the Log files
Attach the ZIP here please.
