Streaming around my house with 0.7Mbps upload?

Hi Guys

Sorry if this has been asked before but I’m struggling to find the answer.

We move house next month and our upload speeds there are rubbish. around 0.7Mbps :open_mouth: That being said we only use plex to stream around the house over the same router to android and amazon devices. Do I need a high internet speeds, or does it work by just streaming over the router?

I understand i would need high upload speeds to stream over the internet to a remote location.

Can we still use plex around our home if devices are connected to same router?

Yes. In-house streaming normally doesn’t use the internet connection.
