Streaming issue from remote server dedicated box

hi guys
I have two servers one remote ( at the office ) and one at home. recently my home server died so ive been using. My Remote server specs are 2xOpetron 6128 32Gb of ddr3 ram, and 4x2TB RED drives running on a nas connted via gigabit ethernet and my home network where the client is 300mbit+ download 50mbit upload. now the passmark score is about high 4000s on the opetron and two of them combined eqaul around 9k running on win server 2012 r2 . so this system should not have any issues transcoding. It is connected via a dedicated fiber link 100M/100M to the isp’s backbone. Now the issue im having is that when ever i try to stream anything 1080p i get stutters and bufferring in the web gui. and on PHT this is while its on the transcoding setting. if i try and direct play to PHT same issues. The 1080p file that i have is only about 10mbit bit rate.Im not sure what the issue could be. as the CPU is more than sufficent. the network is aswell( i FTPed ) a episode from the server to my house got the full 100mbit.
Any thoughts on what it could be?

Cheers

Sam

You’ll need to provide the server log when you are playing something.

Since you aster connecting to your work, I would check if your work has some sort of data monitoring. This might be slowing down the transfer.

Hi @MovieFan.Plex i tried the orignal files that were giving me the issues last day. but they seem to be running ok right now for some reason. so i tried a higher bitrate file 30mbit direct stream 1080p. and attached the log for it i. As for the internet i have it set up directly to the fiber swtich with nothing in between with a dedicated external ip. all of my company’s networks are seprate external ips and there is no firewall or any UTM in front of the plex server

edit: added logs from yesteday as well 2-5.log
edit2: Add log latest 2:17am when stuttering on low bitrate files begun again file name log12
