When live TV is streaming this will often cause crashes of plex. I am using a Hauppauge HD Duo tuner through Ubuntu. I have attached some server logs and any help will be great as I can’t work out what’s causing this.
Server Version#: Version 1.19.4.2902
Player Version#: Latest android version
what is crashing ? Are you referring to the Plex for Android client app running on the Shield?
The server log shows channel 1 tuned at Jun 04, 2020 16:48:30 and streaming to 16:48:57
And then tuned to channel 101 at 16:48:57 and was streaming to 17:02:05
when was the crash ? and what do you mean by a crash?
if it is the plex client app that is failing then would need to see app logs as well as corresponding server logs and for you to say exactly when the issue arose and what happened
