Quality Settings on Xbox One

I'm using my Xbox One at a hotel right now and the Plex app is working great, but I want to reduce the remote quality a little bit for a more fluid stream.

 

Is there currently anyway of doing this right now? The Settings on Xbox One app seem very limited and more of an "about" page then actual settings.

 

Any idea how to change those?

What I did with no success: iMac media server updated to latest server update

Have plex pass…

I found the answer on Reddit:

for anyone interested...

If you want to change quality, subtitles or audio options you have to PLAY your movie first and then bring up the movie controls and use the three dots menu to change your options.
