Stuck on 'Add your media to plex'

Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if you can help me. I’ve setup Plex Media Server on Linux (Centos 7) Logged into my own account and all i’m getting is “Add your media to Plex” then says “To get started, download our free Plex Media Server software on the device where you store your media.” With a link to the Plex Download page.

I didn’t even get to the ‘Server Setup’ Page.

I’ve previously setup Plex Media Server on this same Server with my Same Account but formatted and re-installed Centos 7, then removed the Server off my Plex Account. But still getting this message.

I’ve also tried Resetting the Customisation.

Sounds like your PMS might think it’s on another account. Try https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/ to clear out any user info.
