Stuck on previous server version

Looking to see if someone can shed some light on this for me, I know there are older and similiar posts like this but there are no real answers.

The past three updates for Plex (1.27.1.5891, 1.26.2.5797, and 1.26.0.5715) have left me with the “Something went wrong” when trying to access my server. In order to get things working I have to revert back to in older version (1.25.8.5663) of Plex.

Running on Mac OS X.

What can I do to fix this so that I can update?

I’ve tried downloading and installing directly as well and I get the same outcome. Right now anything above 1.25.8.5663 causes the issue.

Have you set the PMS into debug mode and rebooted the server then grabbed logs after 5min to see if there is database corruption?

Please upgrade and post server logs. I will also note that I think there is an issue with the Mac OS that after a recent update permissions either need to be set or reset. But without the server logs its kinda hard to know if this is your issue or not. Please note that after installing the upgrade it can sometimes take up to 20-30 minutes for the database changes needed in the new version to be made. Please make sure you give the upgrade enough time to finish.
