Stuttering after fast forward

If I use Plex on iOS no issues I can fast forward or resume and shows from my hard drive play fine.

However if I cast from phone to Firestick or if I play content using Plex app on Firestick and I fast forward, the playback stutters and is like it is in fast forward mode.

Only way to watch is without doing any fast forwarding or resuming. Inconvenient to say the least.

Any suggestions are appreciated. I am at a loss as to why this is happening.

This is when I am accessing remotely from a separate location.
