Hi Team, I am experiencing Stuttering happening with Video playback sporadically and intermittently. Its not consistent and seems to happen after 1-2 days system up time on Plex.
Plex is running on a Windows 2016 Environment. Dual Xeon X5675 - 8 Cores @ 3.07 Ghz, (Only 8 Cores provided atm) 16GB Mem. Very little resources are being used after I stop the movie and examine used resources.
Would anyone have any recommendations on what I should be looking for? The Samsung TV is directly wired to the network as is the Plex server. I’ve never really experienced this issue on my previous Windows 10 build. (Note - completely different specs.)

P.S. Its not a specific film, time frame thats happening. When we notice the first stutter, it becomes more noticable and more frequent until the film fully freezes.
