Whenever I try to play a video in my Photos library, it massively stutters. This is using Plex on Windows via an ethernet connection (same switch as server). Everything is on my local network. I don’t use remote access or anything. I can see the video is direct playing without any transcoding. The client PC is a fast PC (9900k with 2080ti video card) so it’s not the client. Any video I play stutters regardless of quality or size of file. 720p files, MKV, mov, mp4, anything.
This happens on any of my PCs and laptops, wired or wireless.
The browser from that same computer seems to work fine.
When I play normal movies, TV shows, etc. it seems to work fine.
