I have a very strange issue with Run show subtitles.
The .srt file is in the correct folder, named the way it must be, but plex can’t locate the sub.
I’ve already tried force refreshing and removing the show.
To say that all other shows works perfectly with sub (on the left a show is working ok and on the right the problem)

Try the LMA Hack:
Bogus Embedded metadata could be the 'cause.
One way to find out I guess.
Your file naming sucks.
You need to show us the file path all the way back to the root.
Even if it “sucks” for you, the way I nameing my files is working perfectly until now and only for a specific show.
All TV shows files are on the same sub directory… \“my ip”\Multimedia\TVShows\Run
I’ve already checked LMA.
TV Show Subs are dependent on a Season Folder I think.

Poor file naming and structuring may work.
It may work for a while.
It may work right up until it doesn’t work.
Files named and structured in compliance with the instructions - work today, tomorrow and the next day.
I use one folder for all seasons with no problem.
To say also, for years and years I use the same naming structure for my pc, linux, Kodi system, Plex etc. and I never had any issue.
So as not to spoil your luck I rename the file as you wish: Run - s01e01.mp4 and Run - s01e01.srt
The problem still exist
So, lets move on with this thing please.
