Sub-Zero Channel/Plugin Stopped Working (Mac OS)

Server Version#: 1.15.3.876 (Mac OS)
Player Version#: N/A

It seems since this latest update of Plex my Sub-Zero plugin has stopped working. I also noticed that there were two plugin folders. I decided I should just re-install plex to alleviate all issues. However when I added the Sub-Zero plugin back to my Plugins folder named ‘Plug-ins-ad6e39743’ I noticed that Channels are not showing up in the side-bar. When I go to settings and Plugins it says that there are none installed.

When I update metadata for my movies the subtitles are no longer being pulled down and added to my library automatically.

Has something changed with Plugins/Channels in the latest version of Plex for Mac OS?

This is the wrong folder.

My apologies I am not sure what I was thinking but when I checked that folder I had the plugin there prior. My guess is that I had them in both places. Any reason why the update would clear the plugins I had installed under ~/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-ins?

An update doesn’t clear this folder.

Very odd then because it was installed and running just fine up until the latest update. Maybe I had removed the plugin accidentally but had never restarted Plex until the update and that is why I am seeing this behavior.

Regardless it is installed again and working fine, thank you for pointing out my stupidity
