I can’t not for the life of me get Subzero to work for me. I’ve looked everywhere online… Doing the manual install put the Subzero. Bundle in the plugins folder… Exited plex… Relaunched it… Nothing in the plugins tab on the web server… I’m lost… Did everything I could to get it to work… What am I missing? PLEASE HELP!
Mine stopped working about 10 server updates ago… I assume something in the server update broke the functionality, and I haven’t seen any updates to subzero that have gotten it working since… It may no longer be supported… I had a metadata agent fail on me too around the same time… but the other 4 metadata agents I use besides the defaults are still working… so…
You need to ask in the relevant support thread, where the dev of it hangs out
