I have had a lifetime Plex Pass for several years. It still shows on my Subscriptions page, but when I am logged into the web app, I get the “Go Premium” button and I think some of my features have been limited. Is anyone else having trouble with their account not remembering their subscription?
This usually happens if your web browser is signed into a different Plex account than the one which has the Plex pass applied to it.

This is happening to me since this morning. I’m running my server using docker and the only thing i did was to restart docker. I only have one account and the server is showing my libraries all right.
How can i sign my server back into my account then?

Check into which Plex account the web browser is signed in.
Use the ‘sign out’ link under your user avatar in the upper right corner.
Then log back in using your regular Plex credentials.

It wasn’t the server for me.
I have a PIN on my account with autologin in the web-gui. I’ve changed the pin and now the “Go Premium” Label is gone.
We have had multiple reports of this recently.
@blank where you using the web app bundled with your server or were you using https://app.plex.tv/desktop. Have you encountered this issue more than once ?
It happened only once and I was using the https://plex.tv/web version.
