Is the server signed in under this username? Under settings, not the top right corner. Perhaps try in such case (that it is signed in with the right username) to sign off and sign in again.

Yes sir, signed in with the correct account on the server and under the app.

And you’ve tried a sign off/sign on procedure? That did not help?

I will give it a go. The problem is is that it’s intermittent, it doesn’t come up all the time and pretty infrequent. We’ll see.
