Subtitle encoder fails to load when on VPN, despite exclude list

When the VPN is turned off, everything works completely fine.

When the VPN is turned on, things go a little sideways. I have my VPN set to NOT allow Plex to use it. I’ve added all the Plex-related .exe’s I can find to my VPN’s exclude list. Server maintains my proper external IP, Remote Access works normally. But I’m encountering 2 odd issues:

  1. Subtitle encoder fails to load, and therefore fails to play any file with subtitles selected. Doesn’t what type of subtitles, or where they are being pulled from. When subtitles are turned off, files play just fine.

  2. When I try to access any of the server settings (highlighted in red), the page fails to load. The rest of the settings pages load just fine.

Any idea what I need to add to my VPN’s exclude list to restore subtitle encoding and access to server settings?
