Subtitle offset feature requests

Server Version#: 1.20.2.3402
Player Version#: 8.11.0.22186 (Android phone)

I have 3 feature requests for Plex concerning subtitle offset on Plex:

  1. Would it be possible to make subtitle offset available on chromecast when casted from the Android app or from Plex web?
At the moment this is not possible (Subtitle Offsets | Plex Support). When streaming from Android to chromecast the offset option is not visible at all. When I stream to chromecast from Windows (Plex web), then the offset is sometimes succesful, when I start to change the offset when the film is already playing on chromecast. However, when I first watch on Plex web with the correct offset (e.g. +200 ms needed) and I switch then to chromecast, then it is sometimes like the offset is ignored (e.g. then the displayed value of +200 corresponds to ‘no offset’ and you have to set the displayed value on +400 to actually have the effect of +200).

  2. At the moment you can change the offset by clicking the buttons +50ms or -50ms, but could you also add the option to just type the amount you want? If you need an offset of e.g. +10 seconds then you have to click 200 times on ‘+50ms’. If typing is not an option in the programming of the software, could you then at least add a ‘+1 second’ and ‘-1 second’ button (next to the existing 50ms buttons)? Can you make this available on all viewing platforms at the same time (so web, android, chromecast, android tv, smart tv’s, …)?

  3. Similar like in my first question, I noticed that a chosen offset is not always synced across devices. Is it an option to save the chosen offset across devices? If this feature would be added, is this then saved per user account or at the server level? I think user level would be much more appropriate, because everyone can choose other subtitle files.

Thank you in advance for the help!
