Hello! I am having some trouble with subtitle offset on multiple players. Once you load up the video and apply the subtitle file, it will play. But as soon as you adjust the offset it will give an error “Plex subtitle offset not notifying server” and wont adjust the timing.
Happens on different video files and subtitle files
Subtitle files have been tested are manually uploaded or pulled via online sources through the client.
Testing on my windows pc it works fine using the main account.
Testing on my flatmates windows pc and her account which has been added to plex home, signed in with their own credentials, the issue appears.
Testing on android tv does not work using main account or flatmates.
Restarting of the server client appears to fix the issue temporarily. Unsure how soon after it stops working again.
I will try to get some more information about the errors and player.
