Subtitle offset shortcut stopped working

OS: Win 10

The alt + s / alt + shift + s shortcuts have stopped working and no longer change the subtitle delays.

In the input map, I can see the shortcut is certainly there:

    "Alt\\+S": "increase_subtitles_delay",
    "Alt\\+Shift\\+S": "decrease_subtitles_delay",

This seems to have occurred over the last update or two.
