I’m running a plex server on my desktop, streaming from my android phone through the plex app to my chromecast attached to my dumb tv. I am playing an mkv with ASS subtitles. The subtitles work and are playing, but it is ignoring the options I have chosen. I went to settings -> advanced -> subtitles. I have tried changing each option, including Burn, size, color, background, position, and override included style. None of them are actually applied when playing. Issue is duplicated when I am playing just on the android phone itself. I have tried closing out of the app and reopening, restarting the show from the beginning, and opening different episodes of the same show, and it doesn’t help. How do I get the app to use the settings I have chosen in the app?
