Subtitle time offset doesn't work

1.subtitle time offset doesn’t work when burn subtitle set to automatic.
2.subtitle time offset will be work when burn subtitle set to allways.
3.however，there is no subtitle time offset setting options when burn subtitle set to allways，It’s amazing that actually used the previously set subtitle offset time！
