Subtitles always transcoded on samsung tizen 5

I just replaced my old samsung tv (it was working perfectly) by the new samsung RU7300, practically I use it only to watch plex, I works pretty well, but it always transcode the subtitles, and it makes my small server suffers a lot (this doesn’ t happened on my old samsung tv with old plex app and the same server)

also, the load on the server is high as hell, a when I put a video on pause on my tv.
normaly the load on my linux server is about 0 when direct playing, when transcoding is 5 and more than 20 when a video is paused (load measured with “uptime” or “top”), my server has 2 cpus with HT, so to the windows users whis load translate like 0% when direct playing, 100% when transcoding the subtitles, and 400% when a video is paused. (that’s crazy)

I had this exact problems years ago and you guys fixed it, please do it again!

I just updated to player 3.105.0 and the subtitle problem is gone! but there is no more direct play for hdr hevc (it use to worked perfectly on the 3.103.1 version)
